Bio
Before moving to the Mankato area, Wendy studied at the College of Visual Arts in St. Paul, Minnesota - graduating from that institution with a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree.  From there, Wendy focused on internet-based media at Internet Broadcasting Systems, Inc., where she worked as a web designer. 

Starting a family ushered in the “age of kids,” as Wendy’s children became a constant source for experimenting and developing expertise in infant photography.  Shortly after that, Wendy and her husband moved to Mankato, Minnesota, where Swaddlebee Photography blossomed into a regular part of the business community, stretching to Southern Minnesota and throughout the Twin Cities.

Now five years and counting, with hundreds of children photographed, Swaddlebee Photography continues to capture those special early years with the highest quality photography.  Wendy’s husband, Mark, also owns a local business, and their three children still find themselves the regular subject of mom’s photographs.   Wendy also donates her time to the “Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep” Organization, the Mankato Ballet Company, Livestock and Team World Vision.
