Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. However, we want you to know that all of our items are final sale and returns are not accepted. Please shop with the understanding that we do not accept returns unless the item arrived defective (and then must be returned within 7 business days). Since we sell to immunocompromised patients, we can't resell any item that is used or opened. Thank you for understanding!

If an item arrives damaged please email us and we will be sure to resolve your problem. If you received the wrong item, we will allow returns up to 2 weeks from when product is marked delivered (so please check you got the correct item) and if not we will send you a return shipping label and replace the item. If your package arrived but you did not open the wrapping (at all, untouched) and want to exchange, we may allow that under specific circumstances- so reach out and we will work it out. (Customer will be responsible for shipping if it's not a faulty item)

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE STOLEN OR LOST ONCE MARKED DELIVERED BY THE DELIVERY COMPANY. Customers must deal directly with shipping company once marked delivered. More often than not, items really did arrive, just misplaced and found at the home of recipient.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
