WASH WITH LIQUID DETERGENT ONLY AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND LAUNDRY SOFTENER. Some customers seem to have had an issue using the dryer with this item. Although they test dryer safe and in 3 years only recently we had a few that mentioned their dryer burned some spots, we recommend hanging dry.

Returns Policy
Because we sell to immunocompromised patients, we cannot resell any item that is used or open. For this reason, all sales are final and returns are not accepted unless the item arrived defective. Thank you for understanding.
Damaged or Inaccurate Orders
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out so we can resolve your problem. Defective items must be returned within 7 days of receiving.
Should you receive the wrong item, we allow returns up to 2 weeks from when the product was marked delivered. Reach out to us for a return shipping label, and we will replace the item.
In some select circumstances, if an order is unopened/untouched at all, we may allow for an exchange. Contact us to find out if your order applies. If the item is not faulty, customers are responsible for shipping.
