Refund policy

At SwaddleBee, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Returns Policy

The bulk of our online orders are for infants and immunocompromised kids, teens and adults. Hygiene is a critical for these recipients and therefore we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. If you are hesitant to order without trying, please reach out to someone who has previously bought a SwaddleBee item or check out our retailers to feel the product. 

NOTE: Due to differences in screen lighting, coloring on your computer or phone may not be 100% accurate, despite our photographer using high end technology to produce each product picture. We are not responsible for screen light variations. Colors cannot be exchanged. If you are unsure before purchasing, it is best to find a retailer to see the color in person first.  

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out so we can resolve your problem. Defective items must be returned within 7 days of receiving. 

Should you receive the wrong item, we allow returns up to 2 weeks from when the product was marked delivered. Reach out to us for a return shipping label, and we will replace the item. 

In some select circumstances, if an order is unopened/untouched at all, we may allow for an exchange. Contact us to find out if your order applies. If the item is not faulty, customers are responsible for shipping.
