Returns Policy
Because we sell to immunocompromised patients, we cannot resell any item that is used or open. For this reason, all sales are final and returns are not accepted unless the item arrived defective. Thank you for understanding.
Damaged or Inaccurate Orders
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out so we can resolve your problem. Defective items must be returned within 7 days of receiving.
Should you receive the wrong item, we allow returns up to 2 weeks from when the product was marked delivered. Reach out to us for a return shipping label, and we will replace the item.
In some select circumstances, if an order is unopened/untouched at all, we may allow for an exchange. Contact us to find out if your order applies. If the item is not faulty, customers are responsible for shipping.

Our family has loved SwaddleBee for years. I have two other blankets. My dad was sick and in hospice and we each had one. I got myself a mega bee with my maiden name and it’s my favorite of our 3 Bigger/ mega Bees!

The Paper in the back of the embroidery wasnt taken off. and It was a present I sent to someone. I litterly had to cut it off with a scissors and even tore alittle.
Embroidery is beautiful! The ivory thread matches the ivory blanket exactly. It’s obviously backwards on the opposite side but it looks very neat, no loose threads. Be aware that the font is exactly as it looks in the image - I thought the image squished it but it’s actually how the font is. Overall Very nicely done
The letters were all squished together and really puckered the cloth

I cannot say enough good things about Swaddle Bee! I placed an order for three personalized blankets just a week before Chanukah, and while I was told it might not arrive in time, I decided to go ahead with the order anyway. To my complete surprise, the blankets arrived on Chanukah—just in time for the celebration! My daughters absolutely love them. I chose the lavender color for the embroidery and initially was concerned that it may not match with the color of the blanket. Not only was the color a complementing color but it was also a perfect match to the nursery colors chosen by the recipient for her baby girls nursery.
