WHY
Why a sale now? Due to the economic climate, we do not know what our future will look like and if and when we will be able to start manufacturing new stock again. Our hope is to clear out as much of the current stock as possible to help us hopefully find a new way to continue manufacturing our products that you all love. This is a very hard time for us, but we are hopeful for good things to come and looking forward to seeing what God’s plan is for us.
SHIPPING
Free shipping on all orders of $150 or more. We know our customers are accustomed to speedy shipping, but unfortunately, we won't be able to offer that as we are super low staffed. Shipping can take around 4 weeks to ship out and a few days once it does. Embroidery can take up to 4 weeks. The whole order will will not ship until your embroidery is ready. If you would like your non-embroidered items to ship before your embroidery items are ready, please place separate orders for them. If your order was printed, it still can take around 4 weeks to go out.
PICKUP
Pickup costs $10 at checkout, but we refund that when you pick up your order. If your order does not contain embroidery, no need to wait for an email of order ready to pick up. Just show up during pickup times, it will be ready to give to you then. Pickup is from our store located at 14 Spring Valley Marketplace, Spring Valley, NY 10977. Pickup hours: Sunday, May 4, 12:00-4:00 and Monday-Thursday, May 5-8th, 11:00-4:00. There are no other times that sale orders can be picked up. If you are only able to pick it up at another time, please ship. We can't guarantee any other hours. If your order isn't picked up by May 8th, it'll ship with no refund for shipping.
EDITING ORDERS
We will not have the manpower to edit, cancel or combine orders during the sale. Please look over your order before placing it to make sure everything is correct as it will not be able to be changed. Please also, double check all addresses and credit cards before putting through your order. If you are not the card owner, please let the card owner know about your purchase.
GIFT WRAP
Many items come pre-wrapped in our beautiful cloth bags, but not all. Unfortunately, we don't have enough gift bags for the items that don't come pre-wrapped, as we started having the factory gift wrap it themselves so it can come that way. We planned to get more in for the sale so we can say all items come gift wrapped, but that can't happen anymore, as the last shipment won't be coming in. Sadly, we don't have the manpower to let you know if your order will or will not have gift wrap. So, unfortunately, it's a fingers crossed kind of situation. Most items are pre-gift wrapped. Those that aren't will come in the plastic, and you can gift wrap it on your own. Idea links for gift wrap from Amazon will be posted on our Instagram after the sale.
HOLD ORDERS
There will be no option for hold orders at this time as we have no way of knowing what the future for our brand looks like at this time and if we will still be around when you need it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
EMBROIDERY
Embroidery can be purchased at this link. Since we outsource Embroidery, it can take up to 4 weeks to ship. We can not rush any order for embroidery. If you select pickup, please wait for an email letting you know it is ready for pick up before coming in. The whole order will will not ship until your embroidery is ready. If you would like your non-embroidered items to ship before your embroidery items are ready, please place separate orders for them, as the order cannot be divided up in separate shipments.
STORE HOURS
The sale is online only and not in store. We aren't officially open right now, therefore, store hours are unpredictable. Please call 909-521-1613 to find out if we are open that day before coming in.
RUSHING AN ORDERS
Shipping speed by the shipping options, only determines the speed from when the package leaves our warehouse. It does not expedite the order's fulfillment. We can not guarantee the ability to expedite orders at this time, but if you have extenuating circumstances, (for example, you have a ride for it to another country a certain date,) please email info@swaddlebee.com within 10 minutes of placing your order. Do NOT message on Instagram or WhatsApp or write it in the order notes as we will not see it.
OUT OF STOCK
In the event that an item that you purchased is out of stock, someone will reach out to you to discus your options. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we reserve the right to refund you for the item and ship out the rest of your order.
ISSUES POST DELIVERY
Although we try our best, mistakes sometimes do happen and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Due to the nature of this sale and the uncertainty of what the future of our brand will look like, please look over your package as soon as you receive it and email info@swaddlebee.com if there are any issues. Please understand that if you do not reach out within 2 weeks of receiving your item, we will no longer be able to help you.
