Shipping Guidelines & Restrictions

Shipping and delivery dates are estimated based on item availability and chosen shipping options. Depending on the shipping provider you select, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 
Please also note that rates are often weight-based. You can find an item’s weight on its detail page. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use.

NOTE: While we offer shipping to virtually any address on the planet, select products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to country restrictions.

Gift Wrap Limitations

While we generally offer a gift-wrapping add-on, orders placed as part of a sale will not be gift wrapped and gift notes are not available for these items. 

Lost or Stolen Items

We understand the frustration of a pirated or lost package. However, we are not responsible for items lost or stolen once they have been marked delivered on their tracking information. If an item is missing at that point, customers must deal directly with the shipping company.
