Returns Policy
Because we sell to immunocompromised patients, we cannot resell any item that is used or open. For this reason, all sales are final and returns are not accepted unless the item arrived defective. Thank you for understanding.
Damaged or Inaccurate Orders
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out so we can resolve your problem. Defective items must be returned within 7 days of receiving.
Should you receive the wrong item, we allow returns up to 2 weeks from when the product was marked delivered. Reach out to us for a return shipping label, and we will replace the item.
In some select circumstances, if an order is unopened/untouched at all, we may allow for an exchange. Contact us to find out if your order applies. If the item is not faulty, customers are responsible for shipping.

I had given 2 blankets to my niece and nephew who have used it on my couch and my 2 other nieces felt left out and wanted one too so I got this for them! And they loved it
Bought it for my daughter when she gave birth, she loved it in the hospital and of course on her sofa when nursing the baby!
It’s strange. Feels like starch was added. Totally not like the navy. I used it thinking I was crazy but then I opened the navy and the contrast was so obvious. It’s a real shame. I am a huge fan of Swaddle Bees but this is/was very disappointing. I didn’t ask to exchange or refund because I used it a few times-unhappily- I wish I could send it back so you can feel the stiffness! I can’t even believe Im using the word “stiff” to describe a Swaddle Bee!!! Definitely not the usual!
